In a small bowl add: – 2 tbsp pb -1 tbsp honey -1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil – 1/2 tsp cinnamon -sprinkle pink salt Mix really really good !!! Then add these: 1 tbsp flax 1 tbsp chia 1 tbsp oats 1 tbsp almond flour 1 tbsp unsweet cocoa Mix all together really really good ..you May need to get your hands messy . If you need more liquid add just a little of either pb or honey . If your not into honey you can try to omit the honey and up the oil add the sweetener you desire . Then roll into milk bites , I can get about 5 milk bites out of this. Double the recipe if you want more. Believe me you will ๐ .. The bites will be soft but formed. Take another bowl and mix a few table spoons liquid coconut oil , a spoon of peanut butter, sprinkle some cinnamon and sprinkle of pink salt, 1 tsp honey . Mix good til liquid. Dip the bites into the liquid slowly turning with a small spoon to coat . Place them on a plate with a piece of parchment paper. Freeze til coating is solid . Then repeat the dipping and freeze again til they are cold and solid. Really best to leave in freezer for good 1 1/2 hours. So they are really cold. You can store them in the freezer for best results .
