Ingredients
- 1 chia egg or flax egg (vegan option)
- or 1-2 egg whites
- 3 large ripe bananas, about 1 cup mashed. ( you can used frozen thawed)
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 cups ground oats flour
- 2-3 doonks (pure stevia)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped apricots
- 1-2 boxes raisins
*Optional – Lemon Honey glaze.. Juice of 1 lemon and few tablespoons honey. Mix and drizzle over donuts. This melt in your mouth goodness may require a spoon. 😉 Adjust your fuel to crossover if following THM.
Directions:
Mix all the wet ingredients bananas, apple sauce, honey, milk, if you eat eggs add 2-3 egg whites, (if not just leave them out and use a chia egg or flax egg) *this will count as your 1 tsp fat, because its spread through the entire mix, you prob wont even get the full teaspoon. it will still keep this in E-fuel.
Combine dry ingredients oats, baking powder, salt, spices, 2-3 doonks… next add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir them until well combined, fold in dry fruit but do not over stir. Let mix rest for 5 minutes.
Fill sprayed donut wells and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
