We love “donuts”!! but not all the yuck ingredients that come in them, so I recently bought a donut pan and started making healthier versions of what we enjoy. Cinnamon, chocolate, banana bread, these chocolate chip ones!! I used enjoy life chocolate chips in my children’s donuts and Lily’s Dark in mine.
These Chocolate Chip Donuts taste like a fried Chocolate Chip cookie! ENJOY!
Ingredients:
1 c. Coconut flour
1/2 c. Almond flour
1/2 c. Pyure or Gentle Sweet
1 tsp. Baking. Powder
1 1/4 Almond milk
1-cup chocolate chips
4 eggs
Salt
- Mix all the dry ingredients except chocolate chips together .
- Now add in eggs almond milk and chocolate chips.
- Mix and fill sprayed donut wells
- Bake 350 for 16-18 minutes
- After they are finished cooking , let sit for about 8-10 minutes before frying or go ahead and enjoy now .
- Fry them in a shallow frying pan with a little coconut oil .
- Enjoy !
