THM Oatmeal 5 Ways!

Oatmeal 5 ways ! I usually almost everyday have oats for breakfast . It’s quick and easy and it fills me up and gives me energy to start my day. Oats are also blood sugar friendly , bonus for children , milk boosting for nursing mothers and great for thyroid health . Topping them with super foods give you double benefits !! Chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin, flax all are nourishment for your thyroid .. include berries wowza!

Sweat Pants Oatmeal THM-E

Cobbler Oats – THM -E or Xo
Recipe- (here) add 1 tsp seeds for thyroid health in place of nut butter and keep this fuel an E.

Cobbler Oats

Apple, Banana & Chocolate Chips THM-E
Ingredients:
1 bowl prepared oats
1/2 chopped apple
1/4-1/2 banana slices
24- Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
1-tsp Real maple syrup
1-tsp chia seeds or pumpkin seeds for thyroid health.

Directions : prepare oats / top / enjoy!

Peaches & Cream Oats THM-E
1 bowl prepared oats
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp sweetener or 1 doonk
Cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped peaches
1 Tsp flax for thyroid health

Directions:
Mix Vanilla Almond Milk, sweetener, cinnamon or lots 🙂
1/2 cup peaches and flax. Warm and then pour over your oats .

Chocolate Oats THM-E or XO
Ingredients :
1 bowl prepared oats
1-2 dates
Water
Cinnamon
Cocoa
1 tsp flax or chia seeds for thyroid health or you can add another fat just remember ( adding more than 1 tsp peanut butter / Almond butter will makes this a crossover xo

Remove seeds from 2 dates and place in a small bullet ( food processor) blender whatever you have .

Cover in water and let sit for 10 minutes to soften the dates

Next add 1 tbsp cocoa and sprinkle of cinnamon .. blend.


Mix into oats and top with your favorites. I love Peanut butter and Fruit with mine.
